Description
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and adhere to company standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
Profile
- 3 years of experience in the construction industry with a general contractor.
- Multifamily experience is REQUIRED.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record as a Project Manager.
- Field experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
