Description
- Lead the construction of custom luxury homes from initial ground-breaking through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Spend approximately 30% of the time on-site, supervising daily construction activities and ensuring precision and quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of three assistant superintendents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Select and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with architectural designs and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is accurately reflected throughout the construction process.
- Use technology tools like Fieldwire and Buildertrend to track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Ensure luxury-level finishes, advanced home automation systems, and high-end materials are seamlessly integrated into the homes.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with ground-up project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in reading blueprints, calculating site maps, and implementing home automation systems.
- Experience working with luxury homebuilders such as Frankel Homes, JH Norman, or Coastal is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects.
- Proficiency in project management software like Fieldwire and Buildertrend.
