Description
Project Manager - Commercial Construction -Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating team and clients, providing oversight from pre-construction through project completion.
- Utilize your expertise in conceptual estimating and design-build processes to drive the success of the project.
- Ensure smooth project execution, making critical decisions and adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.
Profile
Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- 10 years of experience in construction management, with a preference for ground-up construction.
- 5 years in a leadership or senior project management role.
- Proficiency with Procore and MS Suite.
- Strong experience in commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, or industrial construction projects.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
