Our client is an Owners Rep / Cost Management firm located in Chicago They specialize in corporate interiors locally and nationally. They are urgently looking for a Project Manager that wants to a clear career path to a Director level role and enjoys working with a culture-oriented team. Job Description
- Develop and implement master project schedule
- Identify critical path and long lead items
- Perform quality control duties
- Coordinate required inspections with local municipalities and jurisdictions
- Document control (RFI's, change orders, submittals, etc.)
- Participate in client meetings, establish and grow long-standing client relationships
- 3 years of construction experience at a general contractor, owner's rep, or developer
- Degree in construction management or related discipline preferred
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and other construction drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft platforms including Microsoft Project
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
