The Primary Liaison for day-to-day construction activities, responsible for developing and implementing overall project work schedules, expediting critical materials and equipment, reviewing and resolving subcontractor schedule impacts and claims of productivity impacts, managing trade employee staffing levels, documenting project field issues, preparing RFIs, overseeing work among all trades, ensuring necessary permits and insurance are in place, and maintaining the general conditions for the project.
