Job Description

• Develop and implement quality control processes within the Risk & Compliance Department.
• Monitor compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure all operations align with industry standards.
• Prepare and present reports on quality control measures and improvements.
• Participate in regular audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control and compliance procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
