Description
The Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Apply Technical Strengths: Identify and implement technical solutions to improve business processes.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, failure analysis, and PPAP/APQP activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Customer Focus: Support customer needs and address product quality issues
Profile
The ideal Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-7 years (depending on which position) of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 8D).
- ITAR compliance knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Engineering drawing interpretation and specification understanding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Minitab, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, and work independently.
Job Offer
The successful Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer will be rewarded with the following:
