Description
Quality Engineer:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Metal works / metal finishing
- Electropolishing, electrochemical process, electroplating, anodizing, etc.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
- Work directly with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Profile
Quality Engineer:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and customer interactions.
- Attention to detail and precision in quality assessments and documentation.
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to identify quality trends.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
