The Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and train a quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership to integrate quality throughout the process.
- Ensure NADCAP compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
Profile
The Successful Quality Manager will:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of leadership experience in a regulated industry.

- Plating experience highly preferred.
