Client Details
Our client is a market leader in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters. They lead several market leading brands on a global scale in air, gas, liquid filtration and are looking for someone to grow their aftermarket / replacement air filter sector in the US market. This is a remote work from home position located somewhere in the Northeast from Ohio over to Western NY/Philly or Pittsburgh. They are very established in Europe and looking to achieve the same market dominance in the US as well.
Description
- Responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy within the defined region.
- Implement strategies to retain install base customers and displace competitors within filtration.
- Devise and manage an extensive aftermarket growth plan.
- Deliver incremental Aftermarket sales growth in line with company 5 year strategy.
- Increase install base retention rates with longer term plans.
- Identify key customer growth strategies
- Be a part of a team who will lay the foundation for all future US success
- Close full sales cycles in a place where success is rewarded
Profile
Experience Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Engineering Preferred)
- Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications.
- Aftermarket experience is a MUST
- Filtration experience is ideal.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, account management, business development ideally within industrial air filtration.
- Ability to independently manage sales and channel growth in a given region.
- Must be entrepreneurial and able to succeed in a smaller company environment.

Job Offer
Competitive base salary $130-150k base 30% bonus,
full benefits, 401K, PTO,
fully remote in Northeast of the US w/ travel as needed.
