Description Reliability Engineer : Conduct reliability analyses, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), to identify potential failure risks. Develop and implement reliability test plans to assess system performance under various conditions. Investigate and analyze system failures to determine root causes and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate reliability improvements into product designs. Create and maintain reliability models, such as Weibull and reliability block diagrams, for predictive analysis. Ensure compliance with industry reliability standards and customer specifications. Support maintenance strategy development by providing insights into component lifecycles and system reliability metrics. Monitor field performance data and generate reliability reports to guide product improvement initiatives. Provide technical support for reliability-related issues during product development and in-service operations. Develop and conduct reliability training programs for cross-functional team members to enhance organizational understanding of reliability engineering principles. Profile Reliability Engineer : Educational Background : A degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, or a related field), with a strong foundation in reliability principles and methodologies.
