Description
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
- Lead job site meetings with subcontractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to review schedules and work plans.
Profile
- 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing large residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workforces on a busy construction site.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think on your feet to resolve job site challenges.
