Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power sports and lawn & garden industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to customize PCB solutions.
- Present technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
- Resolve technical and logistical issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the power sports sector.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in PCBs or related technical products.
- Familiarity with power sports applications is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of PCB design, manufacturing, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%). May include interntional travel on an as needed basis.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Offer
- $120,000 - $140,000 total compensation, based on experience.
