Description
- Develop, implement and manage Salesforce solutions within the technology department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Facilitate process workflows, manage user requests, and provide Salesforce training.
- Perform data analysis and generate business reports to assist management in decision making.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain system reliability and performance.
- Assist in the development of project scopes, objectives and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing user support as needed.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates and trends, recommending improvements as necessary.

Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise.
- Large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Knowledge of Investor Flow (Pipe and Pipe ) solutions is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Account Engagement (Pardot) is a strong plus.
- Financial Services (FS) experience is highly desirable.
