Description
- Assist with the preparation of monthly closing entries for assigned subsidiaries.
- Perform detailed reviews and analysis of account balances to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Conduct budget-to-actual analysis, identifying variances and assessing trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and settle intercompany transactions.
- Help with the consolidation process and the preparation of consolidated reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure proper cash flow management.
- Contribute to special financial projects, including automating accounting processes.
- Assist with accounting for complex or non-routine transactions.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax accountants to provide requested information.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of combined private and public accounting experience preferred, but would consider straight from public accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with NetSuite and accounting system implementation highly preferred but not required
- Experience in accounting for multiple entities, consolidation and intercompany transactions

Salary : $80,000 - $900,000
