- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Proactively identify and address project risks, implement corrective actions as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a preference for those with commercial and industrial project expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
