Description
In this role, the Senior Design Assurance Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing design assurance activities for new product development and design changes.
- Ensuring that design control processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implement strategies for effective design assurance.
- Reviewing and approving product design and changes for quality compliance.
- Participating in product risk assessments and developing risk management plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality in design and manufacturing.
- Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Providing training and guidance on design assurance and quality compliance.
Profile
A successful 'Senior Design Assurance Engineer' should have:- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in design assurance within the engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience within the Medical Device space.
- MUST have of development phase experience
