Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the e-commerce marketing strategy to drive sales growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns to increase online traffic and sales.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and product-focused initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product development, creative, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with product availability, online merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance using data and analytics tools to track key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, average order value, etc.), providing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for digital campaigns, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging that resonates with target customers.
  • Collaborate with the digital content team to ensure high-quality product listings, descriptions, images, and other assets that align with the brand's voice and e-commerce best practices.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), ensuring product visibility and strong customer ratings.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Lead customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure personalized, relevant, and effective marketing communications that drive engagement and loyalty.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, etc.), and customer acquisition/retention strategies.
  • Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party platforms.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, consumer preferences, and online shopping behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate with diverse teams.
