Description
The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Optimize design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) to enhance production scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards by working closely with quality and regulatory teams.
- Drive process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and equipment qualification to support production readiness and reliability.
- Mentor and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Profile
The successful Senior Engineering manager will have what follows:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related field).
- 10 years in medical device manufacturing, with 3-5 years in leadership.
- Expertise in process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), DFM, DFA, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and GMP compliance.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects from concept to production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Hands-on problem solver with a proactive, innovation-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
