Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to develop project plans.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential project cost overruns.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide cost advice and support to project teams.
- Prepare and present cost reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest construction methods and materials.

Profile
A successful 'Senior Estimator' should have:
- High-rise, ground up construction experience is ESSENTIAL to this role
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
