Description
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local staffing agencies and job boards.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by resolving conflicts and ensuring open communication.
- Conduct investigations related to employee grievances or policy violations.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on workplace policies, diversity, and safety regulations.
Performance Management
- Support managers in performance appraisal processes, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating relevant programs.
- Address performance issues with constructive feedback and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer payroll and employee benefits programs.
- Handle open enrollment, benefits communication, and changes.
- Benchmark salaries and benefits to maintain competitive offerings.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives and projects.
Profile
- Bachelor Degree
- 4 years of HR experience
- Prior experience in Manufacturing/Production
- Bilingual in Spanish

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
