Description
The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Oversee one direct report
- Hands on engineering will managing outside accounts and new projects
- Reporting directly to the Engineering Fellow to collaborate across several different areas in the business
- Creative control of lean process, process improvements and more
- Assist with production team on a daily basis
Profile
The successful Manufacturing Team Lead will have MOST of what follows:
- BS in Engineering field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment (any industry)
- Welding and machining background is a MUST
- Innovative mindset with creative and curios tendencies
