Description
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued at $10M from inception to completion.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and work plans to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee all project phases, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project satisfaction and future collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality construction standards.
- Identify and address project risks, resolving issues effectively and proactively.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.
Profile
- Proven track record of managing multiple commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
- 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale commercial builds.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in construction management software, budget analysis, and project scheduling tools.
