Description
- Manage all aspects of project execution, from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Lead project teams, including superintendents, project engineers, and subcontractors, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
- Oversee client relationships, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and manage risk, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Analyze project progress and implement solutions to address challenges proactively.
Profile
- Experiance on data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), and cost management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
