Description

Senior Project Manager - Downtown Boston - $150k - Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects, including interior renovations with a range of $1M-$15M. Manage all phases from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead projects independently, managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Work closely with the Project Management team and report to the VP of Project Management, Alex Brennan, to ensure project success.

• 5-10 years of project management experience in the construction or interior renovation industry.
• Must have interior renovation experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in Downtown Boston or similar urban environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from day one.
• Experience in projects ranging from $1M-$15M, particularly in corporate interiors, and ideally in life sciences or lab spaces.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Offer

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
