Description

A successful Senior Scheduler will be responsible for:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather accurate schedule information.
• Identify potential schedule risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular schedule updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Aid in planning and scheduling travel arrangements for project teams.
• Use scheduling software to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within scheduling processes

Profile

A successful Senior Scheduler should have:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project scheduling within the construction or property industry, particularly in data centers.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• The ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
