Description
- Project Oversight: Manage the entire construction process for hospitality projects, from ground-breaking to final closeout.
- Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations are met and that the site complies with local, state, and federal construction standards.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work being performed by subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers, school officials, and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and any issues.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process, including delays, material shortages, or site issues.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects or similar hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field experience preferred.
- Experience in a superintendent or similar role, preferably within hospitality or commercial construction.
Job Offer
$120,000-$145,000
