You will be working on high-profile public sector projects, including a $92M Middle School in Whitman, MA, and a $105M Police/Fire Station in Easton, MA.

Description

Senior Superintendent - Large Scale Ground Up - $225k - Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities at the Whitman MA Middle School ($92M) and the Easton MA Police/Fire Station ($105M).
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Manage and supervise field operations, including scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, and workforce management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead site meetings and maintain consistent communication with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale ground-up and renovation projects.
• Experience managing public/academic/K-12 projects is highly preferred, but not required.
• Strong background in overseeing projects with values of $50M .
• Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software.
• An Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to commute to Whitman, MA and Easton, MA regularly.
• Open to candidates with diverse project backgrounds, though preference is for candidates with experience in public sector or academic projects.
