Collaborate with architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Participate in progress meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Support project managers in managing subcontractor agreements, change orders, and project closeout processes. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in construction industry. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
