Description
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Manage and supervise construction staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all regulatory paperwork is completed properly.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.

Profile
A successful Site Supervisor should have:
- 3 years of experience in Superintendent or Site Supervisor role
- A strong background in the custom homebuilding construction industry.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to direct and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
- A comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
