Job Description

• Design, code, and debug software solutions for the financial services sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine system requirements.
• Maintain system functionality by conducting regular software updates and troubleshooting as needed.
• Promote best practices in software development and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle from initial concept to final release.
• Ensure software quality by writing and conducting unit tests.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Engineer should have :

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in software development languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of financial markets and financial software development.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

This role is Hybrid in Nashville, TN and NO visa sponsorship is available.
