Description
The Sr. Construction Scheduler will be responsible for:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other key stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee scheduling for various projects across multiple sectors, including Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, Lab/Life Sciences, Commercial, and Corporate.
- Review project scope, contract terms, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues to minimize project delays.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis to upper management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, as well as safety regulations.
Profile
The Sr. Construction Scheduler needs to have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction scheduling (5 years preferred).
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software is required.
- Project experience in one or more of the following sectors: Higher Education, Healthcare, Corporate, Commercial, or Lab/Life Sciences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

- Base salary up to $185k (experience dependent)
