We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $30M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, project management, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Our client is a well established General Contractor in Miami-Dade County that focuses on Commercial Construction (Ground up and Renovation) including, healthcare, light industrial and historical renovations.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
- Scheduling: Create, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular project updates.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
Profile
- 4 year construction related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc)
- 15 years of Commercial Construction Experience as a Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager
- Ability to independently run a couple $10M jobs or a $30M job
- Strong understanding of contract management and writing scopes of work
- Experience with (Document Control, Submittals and Shop Drawings)
- Strong experience with ProCore or similar software
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
