Job Description
- Oversee all phases of lab and life science construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure alignment and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients to provide updates and address project-related concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
