Description

My client is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead an upcoming affordable housing renovation project in Baltimore. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can independently manage site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain timelines and efficiency
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and materials to optimize workflow
• Enforce site safety regulations and maintain compliance with local codes
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing challenges proactively

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in construction, specifically in multifamily renovations
