Client Details
The General Contracting team has successful experience in new construction and renovation of federal, healthcare, and education projects. These projects have included both design/build and design/bid/build contract strategies.
Description
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
- Degree in construction management or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction field management/supervision
- Experience in the construction of federal projects is preferred, and work for the VA is fantastic!
- Partnership approach to working with contractors, designers and clients
- MS Office Suite knowledge and excellent computer skills
- Proficient in MS Project Scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team
- Self-motivation with good time management skills
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $100,000-120,000, dependent on experience
