Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality job site
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Profile

• 7-15 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a General Contractor
• Experience leading multifamily new construction or large-scale renovations
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Degree preferred but not required

Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
