Superintendent - Ground up, Commercial - Holyoke, MA - Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Superintendent and Sr. Project Manager for project coordination.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of all work done on-site, maintaining OSHA standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control efforts.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure efficient and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper documentation through Procore and Bluebeam.
Profile
Superintendent - Ground up, Commercial - Holyoke, MA - Will have
- Significant experience in large, ground-up projects, especially multifamily or similar construction.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and P6. CSL and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Ability to be on-site in Holyoke, MA, and manage local teams and subcontractors effectively.
