Description
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and safety.
Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance to ensure a secure work environment.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules to drive seamless execution.
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address challenges.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, logs, and compliance records.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- MA-CSL, OSHA certifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervising
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
