Description
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Implement project communication plan
- Resolve issues, problems, and changes in project
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

Profile
A successful 'Superintendent - Healthcare Construction' should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in healthcare construction
