Description
The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects up to $85M in Boston is responsible for:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee project execution in Healthcare projects including renovations and occupied facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all quality control and safety standards, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate logistics and address issues promptly.
- Monitor and enforce site safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Effectively manage field personnel, subcontractors, and materials.
Profile
The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects up to $85M in Boston will have:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent, leading work on your own with demonstrated success.
- MUST have healthcare experience
- Previous experience with projects ranging from $5M to $40M.
- Must have a valid CSL (Construction Supervisor License).
- Ability to commute to the Boston area regularly, with projects located 80% in downtown Boston and 20% in the surrounding suburbs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities.
