Description
- Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring all finishes and details align with luxury restaurant expectations.
- Enforce site safety regulations, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to address challenges and maintain project vision.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end restaurant or hospitality construction.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant MEP systems, luxury finishes, and high-end millwork.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
