Description
Main duties and responsibilities include the following
- Oversee multiple ongoing lab/life science construction project
- Coordinate with on-site supers, vendors, and subcontractor
- Manage schedules, materials, and budgets
- Perform site visits and quality checks
- Report directly to the Director of Operations
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, field teams, and office leadership
Profile
- 5 years of experience building commercial projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication & time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
- softwaresThe ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
- Must have a MA CSL
