Description
Superintendent - Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Ed - Boston - Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and address any issues or challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and assist with training and development.
Profile
Superintendent - Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Ed - Boston - Will have
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a proven track record of independently leading projects.
- Experience in at least one of the following core markets:
- Healthcare
- Life Science
- Higher Education
- Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $35M.
- Must have experience in occupied renovations, managing the complexities of working in live environments.
- Current CSL (Construction Supervisor License) is required.
