We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a steel pickleball facility in Mashpee, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a key project and grow with a fast-expanding company. After the Mashpee project, there are opportunities for further assignments in Provincetown and potentially closer to the Cape Cod or Greater Boston area.

Superintendent - Multifamily/ Commercial - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction for the Mashpee pickleball facility.

• Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

• Communicate with stakeholders, including the project team, contractors, and clients.

• Lead and coordinate site meetings to keep all parties informed of progress.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality standards.

• Implement construction technologies and tools to optimize project efficiency.

Profile

Superintendent - Multifamily/ Commercial - Boston, MA - Will have

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Experience managing commercial and multifamily projects.

• Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of a project from start to finish.

• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and modern construction tools.

• Strong scheduling skills and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.

• Must be based in Cape Cod or Greater Boston, with the flexibility to manage projects in different locations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in a growth-focused environment.

Job Offer

• Flexible base salary based on experience.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
