Superintendent - Multifamily - Holyoke, MA - $130k

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage an $18M new development project in Holyoke, MA, which includes the construction of three townhome-style buildings and the renovation of an existing brick structure. The project, which is set to kick off in February 2025, will span approximately 18 months, with additional opportunities in MA and Northern CT.

Superintendent - Multifamily - Holyoke, MA - $130k - Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the $18M multifamily woodframe project from start to finish
• Manage site operations, scheduling, subcontractors, and safety
• Ensure quality control and that the project stays on time and within budget
• Collaborate with the project team, including project managers and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery
• Travel to project sites in the Hartford area until the Holyoke project begins

Job Offer

Superintendent - Multifamily - Holyoke, MA - $130k - Will receive

• Base salary of $120K - $130K
• Vehicle allowance of $400/month and gas stipend
• End-of-year discretionary bonus
• Full benefits package, including 401K and PTO
