Description
Superintendent - Public Renovation Projects - $140k - Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
Coordinate with Project Managers (you'll report to a team of 3 PMs)
Supervise subcontractors, enforce site safety protocols, and manage schedules
Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to internal teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications and public project regulations
Collaborate closely with a 12-person team that values openness, teamwork, and initiative
Profile
Superintendent - Public Renovation Projects - $140k - Will have
3-10 years of Superintendent experience (public sector experience preferred)
Renovation and tenant improvement project background strongly preferred
Strong understanding of public construction workflows and expectations
Experience with MS Office, Procore, and other standard project management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, hands-on team
Local to the North Shore - we don't go into Boston
