Job Description
Talent Development Programs :
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify employee development needs and create customized learning plans.
- Design, implement, and manage talent development initiatives, including leadership programs, career pathing, and mentoring.
- Develop tools and resources to support employee growth, such as competency frameworks, coaching guides, and career planning materials.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to support employee skill-building and leadership readiness.
- Support the performance management process by providing tools, training, and guidance to managers and employees.
- Identify high-potential employees and work with leadership to design individualized development plans.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure succession planning strategies align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular talent reviews to monitor progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create impactful training programs.
- Leverage modern learning technologies and methodologies to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of learning and innovation by promoting professional development opportunities across the organization.
- Partner with managers to support employee engagement strategies that enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Use data-driven approaches to assess talent needs and recommend development solutions.
- Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on career development or skill enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or a similar HR function.
- Experience in designing and delivering development programs for employees at various levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of talent development principles, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other talent development tools.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the success of talent initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments and teams.
- Certification in talent development (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
