Job Description
- Provide high-level tax planning and consulting to clients.
- Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques.
- Coordinate tax advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients.
- Navigable path to partnership promotion within the group.
- Foster relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different service lines and industries.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax law and communicate these changes to clients.
- Experience providing tax advice and counseling within complex M&A transactions.
- Proficiency in tax planning, consulting and compliance.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent client service.
- An estimated salary range of $235,000 to $365,000.
