Description
Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and supervising the technical team.
- Directly managing two team leaders and 13 team members.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with different departments to achieve project goals.
- Developing and implementing process improvements.
- Providing technical guidance to team members.
- Managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.

Profile
A successful Technical Services Team Leader should have:
- A relevant degree in Engineering or related field.
- Preferably a Mechanical Engineering background.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership/management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
